Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:

  • Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • If there is credit remaining on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that session will be removed from your account.

  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50%.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.

 

Due to increased bookings and late cancelations, all clients will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form. Your card will not be charged unless  of late cancel or no show to your appointment, if you are charged you will be emailed to be informed of charge.

Arriving Late

As a courtesy, you will receive a text & email reminder 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to receive full time, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to my tightly booked schedule I am generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.
