I'm Haley! I have been practicing massage therapy since 2014.

I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado, where I earned my Associate of Occupational Science degree in Massage Therapy, specializing in Medical Massage.

Throughout my career, I've continued expanding my education and training to better serve clients with a wide variety of needs. My experience includes injury recovery, chronic pain management, prenatal massage, oncology massage, lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, and several specialized therapeutic techniques.

My approach to massage is simple: no two bodies are the same, so no two sessions should be either. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage. Whether you're dealing with a specific injury, recovering from surgery, experiencing chronic muscle tension, or just needing an hour to relax, each session is customized to your individual needs and goals. My goal is to provide more than temporary relief. I want to help you better understand your body, improve mobility, manage discomfort, and support your overall well-being.

I'm passionate about continuing my education, incorporating new techniques and recovery services, and providing a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. I have training in Sports Massage, Injury Recovery, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage for post op on cosmetic surgeries, Oncology Massage, Prenatal Massage, Scraping, Cupping, Reflexology, and Hot stone Massage
